Nissan Juke-R photo shoot

The 485bhp Nissan Juke R transported by Russells Transport for a recent photoshoot.

Russell's recently have been moving one of only two custom built Nissan Juke R's, with the 485bhp engine from a Nissan gtr.

The prototype has attracted a lot of attention from a number of high profile customers from Dubai, and as such, Nissan háve decided to put the car into limited production upon request from customers.

Nissan has received three firm orders for brand-new Juke-Rs, two of them coming from a "high-profile and well-respected member of Dubai society". And while the original concept was based on the 2010 model GT-R running gear (478bhp), the production cars will pack the engine and drivetrain from the 2012 GT-R. You're talking a tweaked 3.8-litre twin-turbo V6 engine with tweaked cylinder heads, a reworked inlet manifold and new sodium-filled valves, and a double-clutch paddle-shift auto.

That means 545bhp and 459 torques. Expect a fractional increase on the concept Juke R's stupendously fast sprint time of 0-62mph in 3.7 seconds and top speed of 160mph.
