New Mercedes Sprinter Premium Edition Van Joins our Single Car Transporter Fleet
A new Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 316 CDI Premium Edition van joins Russells Transport covered car transport fleet this autumn. The Mercedes Sprinter van seen here coupled with one of our Brian James Race Transporter 6 single covered car trailers.
The new Sprinter 316 CDI has been fitted with the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter premium pack and sign written to match Russells Transports' growing fleet of trailers and multiple covered car transporters which make up our fleet of supercar transporters. The new Mercedes Benz Sprinter vehicle gives our drivers added comfort and presents an overall clean image with improved air dynamics.
Seen here with the new MercedesBenz MercedesAMG AMG-GTR #TheBeastoftheGreenHell, the new Mercedes Benz Sprinter vehicle will be used by Russells Transport across the UK and Europe for our dedicated single covered car transport service and also provides extra storage space for those of our customers requiring parts or spares to be transported in addition to their vehicle, be it anything from a supercar, prestige, classic or racecar.
This extra capacity is frequently required within the motorsport industry for testing and race support as provided by our motorsport logistics service. The vehicle is fitted with a tachograph as an addition and aftermarket electrical connections have been added to support the electrics required for winching purposes, along with interior work lights within our covered car trailers.
The Mercedes Benz Sprinter is also fitted with a 950mm wide and 1800mm long aluminium loading ramp for transporting smaller items such as motorcycles, etc.
