In a tightly coordinated European promotional tour, the Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team reached out to us to transport its Formula 1 show car and a Safety Car across three high-profile destinations: Switzerland, Venice, and Monaco. This tour highlighted the efficiency, adaptability, and precision required in motorsport logistics.

Tour Route & Event Stops:

1. Switzerland (Stop 1):
   The show car was displayed in a purpose-built pavilion, with a pristine, high-end setup that emphasized Aston Martin’s brand prestige. The cars arrived in one of of our custom-built covered transporters, ensuring protection from environmental elements and public exposure.
2. Venice, Italy (Stop 2):
   Logistics for Venice posed a unique challenge: there are no roads in central Venice. To overcome this, the delivery team arranged for a small barge to ferry the F1 car through the city’s canals. The vehicle was carefully loaded from the mainland and transported across the lagoon, drawing the attention of both tourists and locals. It was then wheeled through the city and displayed near a historic Venetian waterfront.
3. Monaco (Stop 3):
   The final stop brought the vehicles to the Aston Martin garage at the Monaco Grand Prix pit lane, where they were exhibited alongside other high-performance models. Precise timing and coordination were crucial, given the tight schedules of the Formula 1 calendar and the bustling environment of Monte Carlo.

Logistics & Execution

• Transport Method:
  Enclosed race transporters were used throughout the tour to ensure the vehicles remained in immaculate condition.
• Customs & Clearance:
  The team utilized an ATA Carnets to streamline border crossings. This international customs document enabled duty-free, tax-free transport of the show car and related equipment across multiple European countries.
• Personnel Support:
  A dedicated technician team traveled with the cars to handle:
  • Assembly/disassembly
  • Local maneuvering (e.g., loading onto the Venice barge)
• Coordination with Local Authorities:
  Particularly in Venice, the logistics team coordinated with local transport and maritime services to comply with urban and environmental regulations.
