David has reached out to us after finding us online and explained his circumstances. He had a newly painted VW Camper Shell on a Vehicle mounted skate. He required it to be transported from his place to a coachworks facility to be rebuilt.

Challenges:

1. Access: The Camper Shell was stored in his garage down a small lane with limited access and gravel flooring.
2. Value: The value and sentimental value of this vehicle was irreplaceable due to it being within the family for generations.
3. Safely Securing: Due to this not being a shell and supported by the vehicle skate we had to ensure this was fully secure before departure to avoid any damages.

Solution:

After a site reccy and working out a load plan and the requirement for any specialist equipment our driver would need due to the nature of the movement. We dispatched our driver to the loading location for the agreed time.

The process for our driver when arriving is Meet and Greet the client, the driver then inspects his load assigned to themselves and ensure any damages are highlighted prior to loading. Our driver then positioned his truck in a suitable location to allow him to ensure that the vehicle is loaded onto the vehicle safely and without issue.

Outcome:

The vehicle arrived at delivery point in the same condition as loading ready for the coachbuilders to start there work on it.
